We ship to eight European countries from Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. Here are the timings, the costs and what happens once you've placed your order.

We prepare orders on working days. Orders placed before 2pm go out the same day; anything after that, or at weekends and on public holidays, goes out the next working day. The times in the table count from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order.
Shipping costs €9.99 to any of the countries we serve. From €50 in items, shipping is free — the discount appears in your cart on its own, no code needed. The amount that counts is always the one shown in the shipping step of checkout, before you pay.
As soon as your order leaves us we email you the tracking number. From there you can follow the delivery on the carrier's site.
The carrier leaves a note and tries again, or drops the parcel at a nearby pick-up point. If a parcel comes back to us because it wasn't collected, we'll get in touch to arrange a new delivery.
Orders to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import VAT on arrival, collected by the carrier before delivery. Those charges aren't included in the price you pay here and don't come to us.
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimate, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We reply on working days and we'll sort it out.
